As Co-Founder and Vice President of BG Global, and a key strategic partner and majority shareholder at Isambane Mining, he brings world-class insight in respect of balance sheet optimisation and growth, commodity diversification, equity growth, mine planning, project development, and operational optimization. Banzi has successfully guided projects across coal, copper, chrome, magnetite, vanadium, lithium, and other base metals, combining hands-on mining knowledge with a deep understanding of resource exploration, commodity marketing, and corporate finance. Jorrie brings a sharp commercial mindset backed by deep expertise in cash flow management, business intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.
